For our team lead, this includes, but is not limited to, personal bible study, in person church community, weekly therapy, regular mentor check-ins for both spiritual an professional growth, serving in the local church and more.

This includes celebrating Holidays such as Juneteenth and Indigenous Peoples' Day. This may include supporting efforts or nonprofits throughout the year or participating in celebratory events.
